Media Says There Were No WMD in Iraq

We are told by the Media that there were no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, but before we go that far let's also consider some of the intelligence, which seems to indicate there was, maybe still is and/or where it went. Of course those who hate the Bush Administration say that the President lied and there was no reason to go to war in the first place.

This simply is not so. Saddam threatened the World with WMD and claimed he had them and additionally we were wise to take those threats seriously. When Saddam refused to comply with the UN inspections, this was a violation of the stipulations of Gulf War I so indeed there was a reason to go to war to enforce the UN resolutions in the first place.

Recently on a Blog a political activist stated; "first of all THERE WERE NO WMD IN IRAQ...I mean, how behind the times can you be?" and "I see that you ignored the hundreds of thousands of dead human beings...massacred by the Coalition of the Killing"

Actually that is not the truth as there are many accounts of WMD moving into Syria and we know Iraq had WMD and were using these testing them on their own people prior to the war. Additionally Saddam said he had WMD and threatened the world with it. If he had only some WMD, he perhaps should not have threatened the world with it as an International Terrorist. These human beings, which were killed showed up onto the battlefield with weapons trying to kill coalition forces in an us or them conflict and they were killed. That is what war is, Saddam could have prevented war, but he chose to send his army to death via cluster bomb death of a fiery hell.

Perhaps we ought to be very careful in hindsight what we accept from the media as truth and what those who try to re-write history attempt to tell us about what happened. It would be wise to consider this advice and so, you should perhaps think on this in 2006.
